Michael Cassidy
Dr.
Michael Cassidy is the co-founder of Studio 4\2, where he does fine art photography
and Barbara Seelye creates pottery. His
photography focuses on capturing the awe of being in nature. This
is usually the raw beauty of the land but it can also be the delicate
refractive colors of a hummingbird or the confident power of a lion.
He is particularly interested in the effect of changing light on clouds
and of water moving past stationary objects.
He says:” All of the images speak to me of
the unimaginable beauty of this world and of our duty to attempt to protect it
for future generations.”
Selected solo exhibits: All
