This photo was taken in Yellowstone National Park.  Go to Canyon Village and take the one-way road towards Inspiration Point on the West side of the Yellowstone River. Park in the Lookout Point parking area and take the trail near the right center of the lot. There is an osprey nest below and to the left of the lookout.  Most visitors will be looking to the right to see a great view of the Lower Falls. There was a baby in the nest when I visited as can be seen in the image below.
